Shoes

 Michele and Mel are hosting Ketchup with Us #13 and asked whose shoes we would like to walk in for a day. This was hard. 

 Amy wrote something. Jenn wrote something. Michele kept poking me. Ouch.  OK. OK. I picked.


She's up early in a good mood. Can accomplish more in a day than anyone I've ever know.  

 She loves her family. Her work. She is lucky. She is grateful. She is talented. Really talented. 

 Her children think she's the best. Her husband too. 

 They are the lucky ones.

    I AM FREAKING SOBBING! I just read your post TO CHRIS THROUGH TEARS. You two are amazing. I hope Chris and I are this content to be together in the years to come. And I can only hope my children love me that much in the years to come.

      Thanks for hosting. I really had second thoughts because in her shoes she has to put up with me. Not easy. But the bruising was getting worse and I do like it when you talk to me. Thanks for the kind? words and the prodding. And we even got Jenn to play. Thanks.

    This is perfection, Daddy. I can't imagine having enough energy to fill those shoes, and keep smiling the entire time. We all got really lucky when you two found each other.
